This website is operated as a private photography portfolio. It does not use a contact form, shop system, newsletter, user accounts or payment functions.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you visit the website, technical access data may be processed by the hosting provider. This may include IP address, date and time of access, requested file, browser type, operating system, referrer URL and similar technical data.

The processing is carried out to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

External services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and may display externally hosted image assets on some pages. When these external resources are loaded, your browser may transmit technical data, including your IP address, to the respective provider.

The website links to Instagram. If you open the Instagram link, the privacy policy of Instagram or Meta applies to the further processing there.

Local preferences

The website can store simple display preferences in your browser, for example the selected theme and cursor setting. These preferences are stored locally on your device and are not used for tracking or advertising.

Contact by e-mail

If you contact me by e-mail, your message and the contact details you provide will be processed to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your message relates to a possible agreement or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general inquiries.

E-mails are kept only as long as necessary for the communication, unless legal retention obligations or legitimate interests require longer storage.

Your rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing, where the legal requirements are met. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time for the future.
